Services Overview

Rohit Hospitality Services ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") provides comprehensive facility management solutions including but not limited to:

  • Industrial catering and food services
  • Plant operations and maintenance
  • Professional housekeeping and cleaning
  • Guest house and accommodation management
  • Security and allied services
  • Customized facility management solutions

All services are provided in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in the respective Service Agreement and these Terms and Conditions.

Client Responsibilities

The client ("You") agrees to:

2.1 Workplace Safety & Access

Provide safe access to facilities where services will be rendered. Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and provide necessary safety equipment or briefings for our personnel.

2.2 Accurate Information

Provide accurate and complete information regarding service requirements, dietary restrictions, allergies, maintenance needs, and any other specifications relevant to service delivery.

2.3 Facilities & Resources

Provide adequate facilities, utilities, and resources (electricity, water, storage space) as required for service delivery as per the agreed specifications.

2.4 Compliance with Laws

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national laws and regulations. Obtain all necessary licenses and permits required for facility operations.

2.5 Notification of Changes

Promptly notify us of any changes to service requirements, facility specifications, or regulatory requirements that may affect service delivery.

Service Charges

Service charges are determined based on:

  • Type and scope of services required
  • Number of personnel deployed
  • Duration and frequency of service
  • Special requirements or customizations
  • Geographic location and associated costs
Note: All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Service Agreement. The client is responsible for all applicable taxes on the services provided.

Payment Terms

4.1 Invoicing & Payment Schedule

Invoices will be raised monthly (or as per the Service Agreement) for services rendered. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date unless a different timeline is specified in writing.

4.2 Mode of Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or any other method agreed upon in writing.

4.3 Late Payment

Payments not received by the due date will be subject to:

  • Interest charges at 18% per annum or as per applicable law
  • Potential suspension of services
  • Recovery costs and legal fees

Cancellation & Termination

The client may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice as per the notice period specified in the Service Agreement. Rohit Hospitality may terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, unsafe conditions, or unlawful practices.

Liability & Insurance

Rohit Hospitality maintains appropriate insurance coverage and limits liability to direct damages only, subject to the terms of the Service Agreement and applicable law.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business, operational, and financial information confidential during and after the service period.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed, created, or provided by Rohit Hospitality remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts and resolved in accordance with the Service Agreement.
